Get Lifted Event 2020 FAQ’s

  • What time does the show start / end?The Show starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 3:00 PM on Saturday, 10-10-2020.
  • Where is the event being held? The event is located in the parking lot of Cabela’s.Address: 12901 Cabelas Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76177
  • When should Show-N-Shine participants arrive? Show participants need to be parked and set by 9:30 AM. We will have personnel on site starting at 7:00 AM to park vehicles.
  • Where do I go when I arrive? Please stop by the Miry Clay Off-Road tent on the North side of the parking lot, to register your vehicle for the show-n-shine and to purchase raffle tickets. We will have personnel at the tent to provide more information.
  • When does vehicle judging begin / end? Judging will begin at 10:00 AM and will end by 1:00 PM
  • When can I move my show-n-shine vehicle? All show-n-shine entrant vehicles need to remain parked until 3:00 PM for safety.
  • What are the COVID 19 policies? We encourage everyone to wear masks and practice social distancing as they deem necessary for themselves. Please follow state and local guidelines.
  • Will there be trophies given out for winners of the show-n-shine? Yes! We will announce the winners when we announce the raffle winners, starting at 2:30 PM.
  • Do I have to be present to win raffle items? No, you do not have to be present to win. We will do a Facebook live video for the winner announcements and post the video online afterwards. Winners will also be notified via the contact information they provide. Please like our Facebook page so that you will be notified of updates.
  • Where do I buy my raffle tickets? Raffle tickets will be sold in person, at the Miry Clay Off-Road tent. There is one exception. The Uncle Si Hunt raffle tickets are also sold online via our website.
  • Will there be food on site?Yes, Meat-U-Anywhere BBQ will have food and beverages on site for purchase.
  • Where to I drop off my water donations? We will have a trailer set up with the Fort Worth Police Department display in the parking lot.
  • Will there be activities for kids? Yes! There will be kid fishing, an inflatable archery range, UTV rides and more.
  • Is there any cost to just attend the event?Tickets required? No, the event is free and open to the public. The raffle items and show-n-shine do require a donation fee to enter.
  • What vehicles are allowed in the show-n-shine? Cars, Trucks, Jeeps, SUVs, Motorcycles etc. They have to be able to drive in and out of the show set up under their own power.
  • Where are the bathrooms? Bathrooms are located inside of Cabela’s across the parking lot.
  • What payment methods are accepted? We accept cash or card.
  • Are there any refunds for raffle tickets or the show-n-shine? No, all raffle purchases and entry fees are final and no refunds will be given. All proceeds go to charity.
  • What if I just want to drive by and drop off water donations? You may drive by on the East side of the event and we will have someone help unload your water donations.
  • When will the winner of the Uncle Si Raffle be announced? We will announce the grand prize winner at the event. Winner announcements will begin at 2:30 PM, 10/10/20.
  • Where do I pick up my trophy if I win a show-n-shine award?We will announce the winners at the event and call them up to the stage to receive their award.
